The approach is made easy through the marking which is a private initiative.

Come to the waypoint on the transit of the Saint David Point with the white church with a red roof on the hill. Spot the entry buoys along 0° magnetic. Beware of the strong west carrying current.

The two pairs of buoys (Red Right Return) keep you clear of all dangers which are quite real, especially to port. They are lit at night, however the night approach seem rather risky.

Once you have passed the second pair of buoys, head for the shipyard which is easy to make out.

Beware of the west coast of the bay with offlying stones and shoals.

Going ashore: there is a tender dock at the shipyard behind the blue house.
