No services for yachts. You might be able to get water from the dock in the north of the bay. The approach is tricky if the wind is strong.
In Portsmouth there are groceries, fuel, a fabulous market on Saturdays (fish, fruit, vegetable), a smaller market on Tuesdays and a few local craft shops. Pharmacy in the main street open 8.30 to 16.00 and Sundays 8.30 to 12.00.
Hospital (5 mins taxi ride) clean, but not always with a doctor on hand...
