There are no services, either in Anse Noire, nor in Anse Dufour.

Anse Noire: there is a small hotel-restaurant hidden in the bush (closed evenings);
Anse Dufour: half a dozen restaurants and snacks
Communications:
None, but hitching a ride is no issue.

The view. Walk over to Anse Dufour.
Comment:
The Anse Dufour has white sand and the Anse Noire black sand! There are lots of day tourists from Fort de France, especially on weekends, but the coves become quiet again at night.
