Approach: Easy

Shelter: Medium - Alternative: Clifton Harbour 2 M.

Night approach: No - Anchorage overnight: Yes

Draft: No issue

Beware: the west cardinal buoy is not regular, nor easy to see

Waypoints: approach: 12° 38 N - 061° 24,4 W - stop: 12° 38,1 N - 061° 23,9 W

Anchorage: good holding on sand by 3 to 4 meters.

Leg: 072° V - 0,5 M

The approach is quite easy. The northern point of the bay has offlying coral reefs. The west cardinal buoy has been replaced by a little red buoy which is not very visible (how long?) As to the mooring buoys indicated on the chart, they have disappeared. Keep well away from the northern point of the bay.

The best anchorage is about 150 meters in front of the little jetty.

The anchorage is often rather rocking or even untenable by strong swell.

It's possible to pick up a (rather expensive) mooring.

Going ashore: on the beach.
