Before you stop at Petite Martinique you should have done your clearnace in one of the ports of entry of Grenada. The nearest being Caririacou. Other ports of entry are St Georges, Prickly Bay, Hartman Bay, Grenville on the main island of Grenada.

Note that there is a tolerance for yachts cruising in the Grenadines and wishing to overnight at Petite Martinique.
