Photo: Valérie - Janvier 1999 Assessment:
Practical anchorage lacking charm but useful stop before or after crossing the channel to Martinique. The marina is easy to access and provides excellent services. You can find everything which makes this place the best technical stop-over of the whole island. The marina is also a good place to leave your boat for a while.

Gros Ilet has "street parties" every Friday evening with BBQ and dancing in the streets. Well worth a visit.
