There's a small fishing harbour protected by a stone jetty in the estuary, but with very shallow draft.
There are no services for yachts other than a petrol station where they also sell butane gaz. there's a market Monday and Friday and a supermarket across the Town Hall. Amandine's bakery opens at 6:30! Lots of bars and restaurants on the waterfront, and the Hemingway's to enjoy a cocktail at sunset!
Deshaies is a useful stop on your way to or from Antigua, but also a pleasant and lively little town. You can walk to a botanical garden that's worth a visit. Enquire at the local tourism office ("Syndicat d'Initiative").
